Simple, secure access to your workplace platforms.

The Access Hub is what your workforce sees when they log in: every platform and tool they need as part of their role, in one branded place, on any device. One secure login gets them in. You decide what they see.

Everything they need, in one place

When everything an employee needs sits in one place, they actually use it. No apps lost behind bookmarks, no logins people give up on. The platforms you've paid for get opened.

People get to work without chasing passwords or raising access requests. That means a smoother start for them and less reactive support work for IT.

No one locked out

Frontline and desk-based staff get into the same hub, so the people without a corporate email aren't stuck waiting on workarounds or shared logins. Everyone you employ can actually get to their tools.

Role-based access

Access comes from HR data, so the hub fills itself. A new starter's role, site and team decide which apps land in their hub on day one, and it updates when they change role.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we still need our existing identity provider, like Microsoft Entra?
Yes, Connect works in tandem with Entra to help give access to those that don’t have corporate credentials. Desk-based staff keep signing in through their Microsoft login to access the hub. Frontline workers, those without a corporate email or an Entra account, get a secure ConnectID and a way in that they didn't have before. So your desk-based setup stays as it is, and everyone else gets brought into the same place.
Is Connect or the Access Hub a comms or DEX platform?
No. Connect is your identity and access layer, making sure the right person gets into the right tools and platforms. The platforms where comms, news, content and engagement actually live, like Workvivo and CultureAmp, are tools your people reach through the hub. Connect doesn't deliver news or run campaigns; it makes sure your whole workforce, frontline included, can get into the platform that does. The hub shows a comms platform as one tile among the others.
What if an employee doesn't have a smartphone, or won't install an app?
The hub can also be accessed in web browser as well as the app, so no one needs to install anything to get in. They reach the same hub, with the same login, from any device. The app adds convenience for people who want it on their phone, but it isn't the only way in.
Is the Connect app on iOS or Android?
The Connect app is available for both iOS and Android devices, and can be downloaded for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Can we decide to add Chat and Calling later?
Absolutely! Chat and Calling is an add-on to the core Connect platform, so you can always add it on down the road if needed.
