Connect reads from your HR system in real time. Fourth, SuccessFactors, Sona, Workday, custom systems, or CSV where needed. Every worker has one record, kept current by HR.
Identity created
For frontline workers, Connect creates a ConnectID. For desk-based workers, Connect uses their existing Entra ID. Either way, the identity is tied to the HR record and stays in sync as it changes.
Access provisioned
Based on role, site and team, Connect provisions access to the right platforms. Comms, learning, rosters, payslips, every tool and workplace platform the worker is entitled to. No spreadsheets, no manual setup.
Lifecycle maintained
When the worker's HR record changes, Connect stays in sync. New site, new role, new team, new permissions. When they leave, access is removed on their last day, making sure orphaned accounts are a thing of the past.
