Scan the code
Copy needs to mention: Each new starter receives a printed QR code as part of their onboarding, handed over by their manager.
Enter a few details
They confirm their identity using information your HR system already holds: name, employee ID, date of birth, or whatever fields you've configured.
Set up secure access
Connect issues them their ConnectID, the secure identity that gives them access to every platform they're entitled to.
